Launch a token
Go from a media file to a live token and pool in one review.
Before you start#
- An EVM wallet in your browser. Rabby, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and Phantom are detected.
- Some ETH on Robinhood Chain for gas. You need it even if your token trades against a stock token.
- Your media file. See Inscriptions for types and sizes.
Launch step by step#
- Open the launch page
Go to Launch in the app. The live preview on the right updates as you fill in the form.
- Attach your media
Pick a tab (Image / GIF, Video, Audio, Website) and drop a file. You can attach one file per tab. Images and videos are compressed in your browser so they fit the chunk targets.
- Name the token
Enter a name and a ticker. The ticker accepts capital letters and digits, up to 10 characters. The description is optional.
- Add links (optional)
Website, X, and Telegram. Scrible saves them onchain in a separate transaction after the launch.
- Pick the pair
Choose ETH, or choose STOCK and select USDG or a stock token from the list. See Pairs.
- Set your first buy
Enter an amount in the pair asset, or 0 to launch without buying. The form shows the maximum allowed buy. See Launch protection.
- Set the trade tax
Pick 1%, 3%, 5%, 10%, or type any value from 1 to 10. Open Tax recipient if the tax should go to a wallet other than yours.
- Review
Press Review launch and choose your wallet. Scrible checks the form, confirms the pair is approved, pins the explorer logo, and estimates gas.
- Sign
Press Sign & launch token (or Inscribe media & launch for staged media) and approve each transaction in your wallet. The token page opens when the launch confirms.

The contracts allow a 64-byte name and a 512-byte description. The app sets the tighter limits above.
Single transaction or staged media#
The review screen shows a transaction plan.
- Single transaction. Used when all media together is 23,000 bytes or less. One transaction inscribes the media, creates the token, opens the pool, and runs your first buy. If any part fails, nothing happens.
- Staged media. Used for larger media. You sign one transaction per 23,000-byte chunk, then the launch transaction. A typical image takes 2 chunk transactions. A typical video takes 4.
If the single-transaction gas estimate fails, the review screen offers Use staged media instead.
Resuming a staged upload
Confirmed chunks stay onchain. If you stop halfway, reattach the same file in the same browser. Scrible checks the saved chunk addresses by hash and skips the ones already uploaded.
What you sign#

Your first buy uses 0.5% slippage protection. The launch transaction must confirm within 10 minutes, or it reverts.
If a launch is pending#
After you sign, Scrible remembers the transaction in your browser. If you reload or lose the page, a banner shows A launch is already in flight. Press Check launch status before you sign another launch. The banner links to the transaction on the explorer.
After the launch#
- The token page opens with your media, the trade panel, and the price chart.
- If your links failed to save, the token keeps working. Open the token page with your creator wallet and press Edit links.
- You can switch the tax share to holders at any time. See Holder mode.
Drafts#
Save draft stores the name, ticker, description, links, first buy, and pair in this browser. The tax settings are not saved. Restore draft brings them back. Media is not saved in drafts, so reattach your files.
