Troubleshooting

Fixes for wallet, launch, and trading errors.

Wallet#

No wallet detected#

Install or unlock Rabby or MetaMask, then reload. On mobile, open Scrible inside your wallet's browser.

No response from your wallet#

The wallet request timed out after 60 seconds. Open your wallet, approve the pending request, and try again.

Still on the wrong network#

Your wallet did not switch to Robinhood Chain. Switch to chain 4663 in your wallet by hand, then retry. See Network.

Wallet request declined#

You rejected the request. Nothing was sent.

Launching#

Give your token a name and ticker#

Both fields are required. The ticker takes capital letters and digits only.

First buy exceeds 5% of supply#

Your buy would pay out more than 50,000,000 tokens. Lower the amount to the maximum the form shows. See First-buy cap.

Pair is not approved for new launches#

The factory owner removed that pair. Pick another pair.

Logo pinning failed#

Press Retry logo. If it keeps failing, press Launch without logo. The token and its inscription are not affected.

Gas estimate failed or timed out#

Your media is too large for a single transaction. Press Use staged media instead.

A previous chunk transaction is still pending#

A staged upload is waiting on an earlier chunk. Check the transaction on the explorer. Once it confirms or drops, press the launch button again to resume.

A launch is already in flight#

Press Check launch status. If the launch confirmed, the app opens the token. If it reverted, you can launch again.

This file exceeds 100 MB#

Images and videos can be up to 100 MB before compression. Pick a smaller file.

This GIF is too large#

GIFs are not re-encoded, so they must already be 46,000 bytes or less. Shrink the GIF with another tool, or use a still image.

Trading#

Buy reverts with AntiSnipe#

The token launched less than 3 blocks ago. Wait until 3 blocks have passed since the launch, then try again. Sells always work.

Slippage error#

The price moved past your minimum before the trade confirmed. Refresh the quote, or raise the slippage tolerance (up to 5%).

Transaction expired#

The trade did not confirm within 10 minutes. Nothing changed. Try again.

Not enough ETH for gas#

Every transaction needs ETH, including trades on stock pairs. Bridge some ETH to Robinhood Chain. The app shows a bridge link.

Not enough tokens to sell#

The amount is above your balance. Press MAX to sell your full balance.

The swap is pending#

Press Check submitted swap. Keep the explorer link. A failed page load does not mean the swap failed.

Claims#

Claim buttons are missing#

Outside holder mode, only the tax recipient sees Claim fees and Claim extra tax. Connect that wallet.
Buttons show only when something is waiting to be claimed.
Tokens from older factories show a note instead. See Older tokens.

Distribute to holders now is missing#

The last payout was less than 15 minutes ago, or nothing is pending. The next trade after the wait sweeps it on its own.

My rewards show 0#

Rewards reach the pool only after a sweep. Check the pending estimate in Portfolio. If you bought after the last sweep, you earn only from later ones.

Explore#

My token does not show up#

Check the launch transaction on the explorer. It must include a TokenLaunched event.
Press Refresh in Explore.
Search by name or ticker. Search only covers launches already loaded, so press Load more launches first.

Couldn't load launches#

The app could not reach Robinhood Chain. Check your connection or VPN, then press Try again.
